The client sought a unique, upscale brand identity that reflected the area’s heritage—once an orchard—while avoiding the generic designs often seen in new neighborhoods. They aimed to encapsulate the essence of the orchard's legacy while showcasing the luxurious nature of the development.

Orchard Woods aimed to stand out from other developments through an exclusive brand identity connected to the land's history. The imagery needed to reference the area’s orchard heritage without being too literal or simplistic, targeting affluent buyers who desired luxury alongside timeless charm.

Our Approach - Brand Identity

The client's clear expectations provided essential guidelines for our work. Orchard Woods understood their audience: affluent buyers seeking their dream homes. Our task was to transform their ideas into a visual narrative that resonated with this market.

We drew inspiration from the concept of the golden apple—a motif found in many fairytales symbolizing something highly desirable. This concept embodied both the luxurious nature of the homes and the enchanting idea of building one’s dream house. From there, we developed a brand identity that balanced elegance and storybook charm.

Brand Elements:

  • Color Palette: Built around the golden apple concept, incorporating green for the orchard’s trees and leaves, and navy to evoke the night sky and stars, enhancing the dreamlike quality.

  • Imagery: Focused on subtle natural elements, avoiding generic apple or tree visuals. The design suggests the orchard in an understated, sophisticated manner.

  • Typography and Style: The font choices combined elegance with a whimsical, storybook feel, perfectly capturing the blend of luxury and aspiration.

Results
